Anna Maria Island is known as "An Island In the Sun."
The average temperature is 80 degrees.

The island consists of 3 cities, Bradenton is the southern most, Holmes Beach in the middle and Anna Maria on the Northern tip. Each community has its own distinct character but all have that relaxed old Florida Charm with unique shops and restaurants.

Anna Maria Island has seven miles of sugar white sand beaches, sand dunes, sea oats and Australian Pines lying between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway.

This destination is a natural choice for tropical vacationers looking for golf, tennis, water sports, shopping, plus many cultural and historical attractions.

Hop aboard the FREE trolley just steps from your front door to experience a grouper sandwich or stone crab at one of our local restaurants. Meander through the boutiques to look for a souvenir. The trolley runs everyday from 6am until 10:30pm. Stops are just two to four blocks apart!

Come experience "Old Florida" life on Anna Maria Island. We can't wait to share our island with you!
